I voted taker because with the exception of RVD it will only be "belivable" if he drops to one the the guys more over than him. And I think the devil will go to work in a snowplough before RVD gets a main event push
Bang! Bang!

i think taker will have one last run as champ before he retires, but i think booker or rvd will be the next champ!

RVD will win it as head guy in paul heyman's ecw faction.

Well, I'd say Taker but he would be unstoppable, and we would have to put two faces in a match. I would say Booker. He is amazing on the mic,and his heel style really suits him.

RVD will win it as head guy in paul heyman's ecw faction. RVD is "too small" for vince, they guy is uber-over but I do believe that "the office" will never gat behind Rob and some one line that french tit will probably end up takin the belt from Eddie Bang! Bang!

but one thing that benoit and eddie have both proved, bigger does not necessarily mean better.

I voted for Taker. I can see him going into Summerslam as Champion. OR, I can see him headlining the Smackdown side of Summerslam against Eddie.
There has to be a heel turn for one of them soon. Eddie would be the heel turn, I would think.

I voted taker. He has just returned and I'm sure he wont have done it for nothing. I reckon it will be him.
Thats right folks, its guarenteed to be someone else now, cos my predictions are always wrong!

RVD wouldn't be a good champion. He is too sloppy. While I like him and he is over, I think it would be a poor choice. A number 1contender, yes.
I can see it being Taker. But if Mordecai wins his feud with Taker (which he probablly won't) then I think he may.
I vote for Taker.

I wish I could change my vote to Bradshaw. I think he'll take the title at The Great American Bash.

Seriously?
I don't think the WWE would have Bradshaw hold two wins over Eddie for the title. They usually like to balance things out.

I think Bradshaw would be a bad choice for the new champ. Am I the only one who thinks Booker T would make a good champ!?
EDIT: Damn! Booker's having a fued with Cena now!

I can't see Booker T being champion. Can't stand him, personally.
As for Bradshaw, I can see him being champion. Heels tend to hold the title more often. He's WELL hated at this point.

I just cant see Bradshaw being picked over RVD or Booker T. Smackdown should take Jericho, give him a heel turn and make Eddie drop the title to him.

That would be a great match! For sure. It won't happen, but it would be great.

Horrible as it is, JBL will probably take the title at Great American Bash.
At least then Kevin Nash will lose his tag of being the worst paid WWF/E Champion in history.

Bradshaw will make a good champion. This was long overdue.

I know youre a JBL fan, but as champ?
I just cant see him drawing the crowds
He will have to work on his mic skills huge and fast to get himself away from that unwanted place in history

He's got the mic skills.....not as great as Eddie's..... but heels defending titles against their favorite faces ALWAYS draws more than a face champ defending against heel contender.

Eddie has been drawing big until the blood loss incident at Judgement Day. I do think its time for Eddie to drop, we will have to agree to disagree on the next champ eh bro?

Post by shinnstheory on Jun 2, 2004 21:41:25 GMT 1
Sure. But, my theory does sound correct, right? Regardless of the champion, as long as they are HEEL....people want to see them LOSE their title to their favorite face... That ALONE draws.... Smackdowns top heel is Bradshaw. Only makes sense to me.

Okay i will give you that one
Heel champions do make better entertainment than face champions
Perfect example in HHH, 9 months, and when he lost we wanted him to have the belt back.
I dont think Bradshaw is in that mould
(god ive missed the days when we debated wrestling Mizz)
