P2PW's Sole Survivor - Preview, Promos, & Voting

[shinnstheory]

The deafening sounds of fireworks echo throughout the arena. The fans are on their feet as they prepare themselves for the biggest night in P2PW history. Tonight, the P2PW has reached a level beyond recognition. Tonight, the entire P2PW Roster will have a chance to shine.

The ring is surrounded by an intimidating chamber. This chamber could make or break the majority of the P2PW Roster. 20 men and women will compete in that chamber. 20 men and women will be given the chance to make history, tonight.

The camera pans over to the staging area. On the right-floor side parks an ambulance. The spotlight now focuses on the vehicle. As the crowd erupts at the incredible sights of tonight’s most dominating PPV in Sport’s Entertainment history, the lights blacken. Zeroin shows the following message.

~~We go to see a young black woman with black long hair, and brown eyes that shine. Her bottom lip begins to quiver. Her cheeks shake and water from her eyes pour, obviously tears. She picks up the Pen at her side, and begins to pull out a piece of paper from her desk. She begins to write, but nothing comes out of the pen. She gets up and goes over to a draw where she pulls out an influx of pens. She throws the one she had out and pics up a Cyan-coloured pen. She puts the case back in the draw and sits down. She puts the pen to the paper and begins to write away...~~

"History repeats itself...
Everything recycles back and forth...
We keep coming full circle...

When I first starting writing about Chad, the notorious one himself, I never thought the narrative would get to the point it has gotten now. I started writing about him two years ago, as a way to celebrate the life of an un-sung hero, a man dragged down by society, but who never gave up on himself, and most importantly... my boyfriend. The story of Chad was meant to show how potential for success can be ruined by criminal behavior. Having known Chad myself for the better part of ten years I felt this would be a very easy task… everything was already formulated in my head. I knew Chad very well... and now... things have changed... and he won't call me... write me... nothing. And it pains me to say that our relationship is over... and because he wanted to pursue his career in wrestling. He loved me, and now, he's probably partying with another girl. I always loved him, always and forever. But now, things have changed, and I think its time that I... that I say good-bye.."

~~The woman begins to wiper her eyes as she puts the pen down. She goes over, fixes the video camera she has set up, and looks into it. She cries. She finally grabs ahold of the camera and drags it into the bathroom. She sets the tub up in front of the tub. She looks into the mirror, wiping her eyes clean for good. She finally goes over to the tub, puts it in, testing it to see if its the right tempature. She begins to unclothe, eventually getting down to a tank top. She does a hail mary and waits, waits and waits until the tub begins to fill up. She pushes in the knob, causing it to stop. She sets up the camera one last time and gets in the tub. She proceeds to lay down, eventually sliding under the water. She doesn't hesitate, and soon slides too far under and drowns. The camera continues rolling as water splashes out and onto the floor. Eventually someone hears something downstairs, and they immediately run up the stairs and into the bathroom. It is a man in a black suite and red tie with a gray hair and a gray beard. He is shocked to see what has happened, and moves the camera aside to look into the tub, and sees a girl... dead underneath the water.~~[/i][/color]

Man: "Oh my god!! Dorothy... Cole... Ashley... someone call 911 fast!! Alyssa has.... drowned herself...."

~~The man is revealed to be Alyssa's father. He cries as he lifts her up from under the water, her eyes glazed over, and she no longer breathing. 5 Minutes later, 911 arrive at the scene and take the camera and put it on the side. Dorothy, the mother of Alyssa, bursts into tears and screams as the ambulance place Alyssa's dead body on a stretcher and load her out into the truck. They are all stunned and shocked at what has just taken place. Cops arrive at the seen and begin questioning the family of the victim. Everyone is silenced as neighbors gather around and watch on in horror to see their beloved Alyssa being placed in a body bag and put in an Ambulance and driven off. We eventually make our way to the side of the house, where ChadClassic sits on the roof of the house next door, possibly his house, watching threw that same exact Bathroom window. He begins to chuckle, but something deep down must've told him that this situation is scary...~~

ChadClassic: "Alyssa... I loved her so much. She always knew that I loved her. Why she thought I didn't, I'll never know, especially now that she's been 86'ed. She was the one for me, she was my everything and I wanted to marry her someday. I was saving up, but eventually I used it all to support myself now that my parents were dead and gone. So what does she do? She yells at me and thinks that I'm cheating on her because she catches me out late? Ha... that selfish bitch. ChadClassic throws a rock down the pipe, it makes noise as it slides all the way down the pipe and onto the grass. I was finally recognized for my wrestling skill, wrestling, my true passion. I was called up by P2PW... and given the chance to shine. I don't tell her because she'd think I was cheating on her with some of the diva's, so she got worried and never called, same thing for me. I knew one-day though, this P2PW gig would pay of and I'd be able to buy her that ring and give her everything she ever wanted... shame it won't happen now..."

~~ChadClassic cracks his neck, he gets up and looks into the window, still. He climbs down the roof and jumps into the yard next door. He climbs the side of the house and hops into the open window, the bathroom window. He jumps over the tub, quietly. He goes into Alyssa's room with the camera in hand, and locks the door before putting a chair under the knob. He fixes the camera and sits down, reading Alyssa's Journal. He raises his eyebrow at some of the things he reads. He turns the page and sees something very interesting.~~

Dear Journal,
February 14th, 2005...

"Its me again, and what a day it was. I didn't get to spend Valentines day with the one I truly love, why? Because he left without telling me. Why'd he leave? Because he went off to pursue a dream... something I never had the guts to do. I happened to go to the nearest Suncoast this past weekend and what I saw amazed me. It had a picture of Chad on it, with the words "P2PW Winter Frenzy" on it. I couldn't believe my eyes. I picked it up and bought it, and immediately brought it home. I put it in the DVD Player, and for the first time since we were in 9th Grade I saw Chad wrestle. It was very brutal, and he was facing a man by the name of "Dick Chamone" or something like that. Anyways, it was brutal, and my love eventually won the match, which I loved so much. I hope he finds sucess in this P2PW, and maybe... just maybe I'll be able to visit him..."

The End For Now...[/i][/color]

ChadClassic: "Alyssa... my love... I don't believe she actually knew all along. Our love was there, I missed out, and now... I can never apologize. Alyssa, I promise you... ChadClassic gets up and stands in front of the camera, teary eyed Alyssa, I promise you that at P2PW Sole Survivor, I will do my damnedest and try and win that World Heavyweight Championship. I will go threw 9 other men to get this chance to face another men at a rightful shot at either Stare & Soul Reaper, and I will not fuck this up. I promise you Alyssa, Chad will not fail this time, and I will take my rightful place at the top of the P2PW mountain and etch my name in history as one of the greatest this company has to offer.. I do this in the name of you... And once I finish, Alyssa, I'll make sure I can do whatever it takes to make your funeral the best funeral possible, I'll even make the casket something special... this is gonna be good!!"

~~ChadClassic smiles as he shows he's happy. He begins pacing back and forth, thinking of something. People begin barging on the door, begging to come in. ChadClassic worries, and eventually climbs out of the bedroom window and hops over a fence and runs. Eventually they bust open the door after the chair slips and falls. The father, mother, and the police wonder around the room and notice a video camera that is playing and won't stop rolling. Everyone begins to wonder how the camera got from the bathroom to the bedroom, even though the window is closed and no one saw or heard anything...~~

E2 Sole Survivor Promo

The scene begins at a local arena that seats about 5,000 people, however only trainers and about 20 fans are scattered at ringside. E2 stands at the center of the ring dressed for action in a pair of black trunks and black boots. The infamous boxing tape is wrapped around his wrists and hands. A small smirk crosses E2's lips as a ring announcer reluctantly gets into the ring and hands E2 the stick.

E2: Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to have your attention please.

The small audience of hardcore fans and ring officials and trainers gathered in the arena turn their attention to the One Man Killing Machine in the squared circle.

E2: Tonight, in this very ring, something spectacular is going to happen. You will witness E2, the One Man Killing Machine, go one on one with the P2PW Internet Champion, Gormy!!

The fans at ringside cheer and clap as this announcement has clearly caught everyone off guard.

E2: As you all well aware, I am the One Man Killing Machine and the path of bodies I have laid to rest are all the credentials that I need. So with out further ado, let me introduce to you my opponent..........Gormy!!!

E2 motions toward the left side of the arena where a small blue curtain covers a meager entrance. A spotlight from the ceiling of the arena shines on the blue curtain but no one comes out. The crowd is silent and E2 continues to smirk.

E2: Let's try that again. Let me introduce to you, the P2PW Internet Champion of the World......Gormy!!!!

Again, nothing happens and the impatient crowd of hardcore fans begin to boo and stir. Suddenly, The Bengals' "Walk Like An Egyptian" hits the speakers and a man, roughly 6'2'' and 250lbs emerges from the tiny entrance.

As E2 looks at the approaching athlete, who is in phenominal shape, the smirk that once graced his hardened face has vanished; but is replaced by a look of displeasure. A look that reflects a plan gone terribly wrong. The man jumps over the top rope and into the squared circle and walks right into E2's face.

E2: Can I help you?

Man: I'm Gormy's replacement for this evening.

E2: And you are?

Man: My name is Touch Theory.

E2: Touch Theory?

Man: That's right, Touch Theory.

E2 backs away and drops his arm so that the stick is hanging at his side. He is slightly amused. He approaches Touch.

E2: You do understand that this is a "finisher only match" don't you?

Man: Yes sir.

E2: Then let it begin.

Without warning, E2 kicks Touch in the gut, and as the wounded youngster bends down in pain, the One Man Killing Machine grabs him and hits the sit down powerbomb.

A small, pale skinned individual dressed like a referee and sporting an Eminem baseball cap comes out of nowhere and immediately raises E2's hand and declares him the victor.

The small crowd cheers and E2 raises his hand in victory as Touch is laid out in the center of the ring. But the celebration is cut short when Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" hits the speakers and that ceiling spotlight once again turns its focus to the small blue curtained entrance to the left of the arena.

An even bigger individual who rivals E2's weight and height makes his way to the arena. He's dressed in baggy "thug" wear and struts and dances his way to the ring in the likeness of Scotty Too Hotty. While going through the ropes, this individuals loose jeans fall down to his ankles, and the crowd laughs at what is turning out to be a joke--a blatant disrespect toward E2's real Sole Survivor opponent.

E2: (smirking) And who might you be?

Man #2: My name is Wallstare and I'm representin' the Gormy Gorm Gorm!! Word life playa!!

E2 actually cracks a smile and shows some teeth at this stupidity. Wallstare tries to act like a hardened gangsta but is having a tough time keeping from laughing himself to tears.

E2: You know the rules?

Man #2: Word.

Again, without warning, E2 attacks. However Wallstare is prepared. E2 takes a swing at Wallstare but the young man ducks and hits the ropes and tries to gain momentum. E2 goes for a clothesline but Wallstare ducks and hit the opposite ropes for even more momentum. Upon his return, Wallstare is met with a hand to his esophagus that stops him dead in his tracks. E2 then hits Wallstare with a deadly spinebuster--Dave Batista style and there are now two bodies spread out in the ring.

Before E2 can boast and celebrate, Doink the Clown's circus music hits and out from behind the blue curtain at the entrance to the left of the arena, a midget, in the likeness of Gormy emerges.

The miniature Gormy is dressed like a cowgirl, with spurs, a huge belt buckle a cowgirl's vest and even a miniature cowboy hat like the one Kurt Angle sported in 2001 during his fued with the Alliance.

Mini Gormy runs down to the ring, her short, stubby legs moving as fast as they can. On her shoulder, Mini Gormy sports a miniature version of the P2PW Internet Title.

She climbs into the ring and the music stops. E2 is laughing hard and can barely control himself. He gets down on one knee so that he can be "eye level" with his opponent. He holds the stick to her mouth so she can speak.

Mini G: E2, you're too much for me. I should have taken a hint after you beat me down and gone into nursing or something. I will gladly forfeit the match.

Miniature G lays down in the center of the ring and E2 picks himself up from laughing and places a foot on Mini G's head and applies a small amount of pressure. Mini G rolls out of the ring.

E2 then picks up that mini Internet Title and holds it up above his head for all to see. The small group of people at ringside cheer and E2 celebrates.

E2: You see people, I am unstoppable. I just manhandled three of P2PW's biggest superstars without breaking a sweat!

E2 turns to look into the camera frame which has zoomed in for a close up on his face. His smirk and smile dissappear.

E2: The match will not last long, one of two finishers will be applied rather quickly and I will leave Sole Survivor the new P2PW Internet Champion!

E2 drops the stick and begins to leave; however before exiting the ring, he gives Touch Theory a swift and blatant kick in the balls as we FADE TO BLACK.

[glow=red,2,300]The Zerion opens to a dark room. Static is heard and a television is seen in a corner. Numerous tapes lay scattered around the base of the T.V. Above the television pictures are tacked to the wall. Addryd, Chilly Willy, De’Si Nidea, Mastadon, Shane Montez, Shinn’s Theory, Wolverine, Red Ninja and SIMZ polaroid's are scattered with notes attached to them. Across from the t.v. sits a man in a chair. Below his feet is a gym bag. The man is SoundScream.[/glow]

SoundScream reaches into the bag and pulls out a picture. The picture is of a man. The static on the t.v. disappears and a picture of a young boy is shown cheering on a wrestling match.

T.V. 1...2...3. (Ding, Ding, Ding) The winner and NEW World Heavyweight Champion....Hollywood Mike.....

The man celebrates in the ring as fans rush him and congratulate the new champ. The boys cheers turn to horror as his father quickly grasps his chest and falls to the mat. Security clears the ring. The man motions for his son as he grasps his chest in pain.

Boy: Dad....what's wrong?

Man: Son...I did it. I did it for you.

The man grabs the belt and hands it to his son. EMT's rush to try and save the man.

Man: Mike...never lose sight of your dreams. I love yo...

EMT's rush the man into the ambulance. The arena fades to dark except for the young kid sitting in the ring. He is grasping the belt with tears rolling down his face. The television goes to static

[glow=red,2,300]SoundScream's face cringes as he puts the picture back. He reaches back in the bag and pulls out the championship belt. He rubs the belt softly with his hand. His eyes begin to well up. He then reaches back in the bag and takes out a long robe with the words Hollywood on the back. His sad face turns to anger. He places the belt and robe back in the bag. Static echoes the room as the white snow from the television glows on SoundScream's face.[/glow]

Man's Voice: You hold your own destiny. Don't trust anyone.

The static on the televison disappears once again and all nine superstars are shown scrolling through the television like that of a slot machine. Quickly Mastadon appears and then he is gone and Shane takes his place.

Man's Voice And whatever you do. Never let the man hold you down.

The scrolling on the television stops on one superstar. The Zerion is quiet. The camera zooms in on SoundScream's face, flushed with anger. The reflection from the televison shows one superstar in his eyes...Shinn's Theory. SoundScream let's out a scream which can't be heard. The pictures on the walls sway, some falling to the ground. The picture of Shinn's on the t.v. zooms in. The television shakes, tapes tumble to the floor. SoundScream's eyes burn through the screen. The screen then explodes. Glass shatters everywhere and a small flame flickers inside the once working television. A door behind SoundScream flings open. He turns and looks at a corridor of light. There is a figure in the distance.

Man's Voice: It's time. You know what to do.

SoundScream stands up. He places his hand back in the bag grabbing a hold of the picture. He looks intently at the picture before placing it back. He then grabs a hold of the Hollywood robe and drapes it over his shoulders. Tying the robe securely around his waist.

Man's Voice: Walk the walk, talk the talk and GOD DAMN IT DO IT SON... Not for me, no no, not for me but for that boy that's trapped inside you. For that boy that rages within your soul, for that boy that causes you so much pain. Rid yourself from the pain. It's time to stand up. It's time to fight the fight. It's time to be the man.

DING....DING....DING.....SoundScream stands at the door. We can hear his inner thoughts.

SoundScream: Sole Survivor. Only one man will leave this demonic chamber victorious. Only one man will strive for his dream. Only one man wins. MASTADON, ADDRYD, CHILLY WILLY, DE’SI NIDEA, Shane, WOLVERINE, NINJA, SIMZ, and GOD DAMN IT YOU SHINN'S...IT'S MY TIME. IT'S MY GOD DAMN TIME.

[glow=red,2,300]SoundScream's music blares throughout the arena. He cocks his neck back and forth and rolls his shoulders. He enters the lighted door. "Showtime, It's Showtime." The door slams shut as the camera fades to black.[/glow]

The cameras pan out around the arena showing all the fans signs and banners showing various p2pw wrestlers names and slogans. All of a sudden "beat it" hits and Dickie Cha'mone's advisor Gary Roamer appears at the top of the ramp wearing a suit and a pastel blue shirt, he is holding a microphone and slowly makes his way to the ring with a smile on his face, he enters the ring to address the crowd

Gary Roamer: Good afternoon everyone and I would like to announce that there has finally been justice in p2pw with my client getting the title shot he deserves. It has been a long time coming and I feel that everyone here agree's with it. Tonight Dickie will show everyone here what he is made of when he wins his chamber match and there is no doubt in my mind that he will. All his opponents are just jokes or has beens, he has beaten Starcrunch before and if i remember he pinned ChadClassic last time they met but tonight it will be nine superstars that will be beaten. but don't let me tell you when he can tell you himself

"Beat It" hits again and Dickie Cha'mone appears at the top of the ramp wearing a silver sequenced suit and a red head band he is also sporting a pair of sunglasses as he makes his way to the ring, while waving to the crowd. he then enters the ring and Gary Roamer passes him the microphone. He smiles to the crowd and then back towards the locker room before speaking

Dickie Cha'mone: So at long last all you people get to hear what a real man sounds like. The silence is over and I can know not only show you all what I am about I can tell you as well and the first thing I'm going to tell you is that tonight I am going win the respect, I am going to win the fans and I am god damn going to win the chamber. I don't care who i'm facing all i see are statistics it makes no difference if its nation tapping like a bitch or if i've I got my foot on rocky's face while i'm getting the three count. As lets face facts i'm the best around here and everyone is going to find that out tonight

Dickie passes the microphone over to Gary Roamer, who is still smiling

Gary Roamer: I think what Dickie's trying to say is that nine people tonight are in a lot of trouble and they are going to find that out the hard way and I know the match is made so there is not a single thing anyone else can do about it. As very much like Dickie, Steel cannot be broken it can just cause pain and suffering and yeah we have a laugh and joke but when it come's to title shots neither of us have much of a sense of humour. Dickie's on his game right now and I said his time is sooner rather than later and that time has come tonight, it don't matter if people have got each others backs in there but when it comes to gold none of that matters. We all have to do what we got to do, ain't that right player

Gary Roamer passes the microphone over to Dickie

Dickie Cha'mone: Thats right Gary tonight is just business it's nothing personal tonight the world we see I am going to go into the match with an open mind, I deserved this shot and I will deserve the victory I get when it's all said and done as there are a lot of big mouths around here and tonight a couple of them are going to get silenced. When I go through each person and show them whats right and that is that no matter what anyone has to say I am the real man around here and there ain't single p2pw superstar who can do a single thing about, so how about that players tee hee

"Beat It" hits and both Gary Roamer and Dickie Cha'mone are smiling to the fans before the cameras fade to a commercial break

The cameras are backstage with Gary Roamer and Dickie Cha'mone. They about to enter there locker room, they both enter it to find the room all smashed up.

Dickie Cha'mone: What the hell is this playa, the biggest night of my night and some jerk off does this to me. Its got to be one of the nine, I knew they would be running scared of me, but tonight they are going to be more than scared they will be battered and beaten and they will know that I am better than them and they know thats right playa

Gary Roamer: You're right Dickie infact i'm sure pretty soon you will be called champ around here and hey you know thats right

The cameras fade to black while both Gary and Dickie survey the damage to the locker room

The sight of MASTADON'S Hummer appears on the Zerion as he arrives at the arena for SOLE SURVIVOR.

The crowd erupt as one of their favourite superstars has arrived.

MASTADON exits the vehicle and heads straight to his locker room, no polite greeting for the waiting KACEY GARCIA, he's all business tonight, the chance he has waited for and the chance he feels he deserves has arrived at last.

KACEY and the cameraman follow him, shouting his name, trying to get him to share his thoughts, but he isn't responding, MASTADON is showing us a side to him we have not seen before

KACEY MASTADON, MASTADON, can we have a word with you before the match?

Please Mick, at least speak to me...............I'm begging you!

MASTADON stops, he does not turn around but he raises his arm and beckons KACEY over, she follows with the cameraman.

All 3 enter MASTADON'S locker room.

MASTADON So? What do you urgently wanna speak to me about?

Do you wanna know my feelings on this match?
Do you wanna know if I am scared of this match?
Do you wanna know why I annihilated HeX?

Tell me KACEY, because I can see no reason for me to be speaking to you tonight, as you can probably tell I am in no mood to be asked stupid questions!

MASTADON raises his head and scowls at her

I am nothing like him KACEY, I am still the same person, the same fun loving S.O.B, BUT, I am more focused than ever.

I have realise that I have to have my game face on 24/7, I cannot let my guard down.

I have fought and beat the best this business has to offer and I have realised that so far, my career has been mediocre.

I have been involved in classic matches around the world and I have held titles around the world and I would still say my career has been mediocre, well not anymore.

As of tonight and my match in that crazy ass chamber, with nine of the best this company has to offer, you will see an improved MASTADON.

KACEY So, how do you feel about your opponents tonight? There are some people you haven't faced in p2pw!

MASTADON No disrespect to any of the others involved, but I am concerning myself with 3 men.

Number 1, SHINNS THEORY, the co-owner, my friend, he is my main concern. He has been champ before and I can see in his eyes, he wants it again.

Number 2, SOUNDSCREAM, sorry, HOLLYWOOD SOUNDSCREAM, we have battled before, and I have respect for him, I dont like him, but anyone who can outsmart me has my respect and lastly

Number 3, De’Si Nidea, I have never fought this lad, but I have watched him and as mentally deranged as he is, if he can keep that in check, I am sure he will have a very bright future in this business!

As I said before, no disrespect to any of the others, I will be keeping an eye on each of you and anyone in this chamber can win it, but I feel the 3 men I mentioned have the best chance.

KACEYThank you Mick, I will leave yo to prepare for the match.

MASTADON Leave the cameraman here for a few minutes, I wanna speak to my fans.

KACEY leaves the locker room and as requested the cameraman stays, MASTADON settles himself on the huge sofa and stares directly into the camera, he has the same intense look on his face as when he faced HeX.

I wanna thank HeX, he does not know what he has done, he does not know the anger he as unleashed, nobody knows the anger he has unleashed!

I didn't think so, you see 8 years ago, back in BWF, this guy was the next big superstar, I had a hardcore match against him, we beat the bastard living fuck out of each other for damn near 1 hour, then we climbed some scaffolding outside of the school all we were fighting in and I powerbombed him off onto a car.

Now, I aint like CACTUS, the guy lived, BUT, he is in a wheelchair for life.

That was a career defining moment for me, I stopped doing what I wanted, when I wanted and I started putting on matches that I knew no-one would be seriously hurt. I now regret that, not the powerbomb, I won the BWF hardcore championship with it, but the change in me that occured after that match, I have not been the same since that day, since that day I have been safe and reliable.

Not anymore more, HeX has lit a flame in me again and this chamber match has only heightened my desire once again to do what I want and when I want.

I would like to apologise to all the people involved, before the match starts, I am sorry if I hurt you, but you get in my way and you will.........................SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

The arena lights flicker back on. The crowd is stunned. Trent Acid sits atop the chamber.

Trent: Bombs Cause Extinction.....I am back with a bang. I've been pretty quiet over the past few weeks.....little to say. Biding my time......because it is only a matter of time. I will walk out of the chamber. Battered, bruised, beaten.....I will walk out of this very chamber under me. VICTORIOUS!! And at the end of this glorious night that is Sole Survivor, I will be just that. The one, the only, the Last Man Standing.

The crowd begins to cheer.

Trent: There will be an explosion tonight. The roof will be torn off this arena in the likes that even I have never seen. That none of us have seen. The next World Champion is sitting on top of the chamber as we speak. I will walk in. I will walk out. It is my time. The time is now.

The arena lights flicker again, and smoke envelops the top of the chamber. Once the smoke clears, Trent is gone.

Sole Survivor Promo

The audience is stunned as the music of Metallica's "Seek and Destroy" begins shaking the foundation of the arena. Driven by instinct, the crowd begins to roar their approval, but quickly dies down as they come to realize the slow grinding metal hit has no owner in the P2PW. The song plays....... and plays..... the crowd straining their necks trying to looking up the ramp... awaiting the arrival of.........

who??

The song drones on and on as the audience steadily grows impatient. A scattered chorus of "bullshit" chants spring up throughout the crowd, rising in volume as their impatience reaches the boiling point. An enraged fan, thinking it a technological glich, throws a full cup of unknown liquid towards the ring, exploding off the top of the ringpost.

A metal chair flies through the curtain at the top of the ramp, followed by an unknown man walking backwards, yelling at the top of his lungs and pointing through the curtain at someone not visible to the audience. Realizing that he has made the top of the ramp, the man disconnects his attention from the argument, half-turns and looks disdainfully towards the crowd. The earlier rage of the crowd is momentarily replaced with a stunned silence.

The entrance song now over, the 6 foot 5 man raises a hastily taped hand to his face and raises his wrap-around sunglasses, looks out with a serious gaze over the audience, and lowers them, shaking his head with a disapproving smirk.

The crowd senses his arrogance and immediately begins hurling obscene gestures and shouts at him, guessing that this man's appearance will not turn out to be a good experience.

Dressed in a sweat stained white t-shirt covered by a well worn denim jacket and threaded blue jeans, the man slowly walks over to the metal chair laying on the ramp, his unwashed long hair covering his face as he bends down to pick it up.

Ignoring the ire of the crowd, he makes his way towards the ring with the chair, stopping every so often to involve himself in random shouting matches with irate fans leaning over the entranceway barriers, threatening chair shots to anyone who has the guts to jump over.

He eventually slides into the ring, saunters to the center of the squared circle, unfolds the metal chair, and sits down....

A ringside attendant, assuming the man sitting in the middle of the ring has something to say, comes into the ring, slowly walks over to the man in the chair and holds out a microphone. The man, watching the attendants every move,rises slowly, towering over the 5 foot 8 attendant, whose hand holding the microphone is shaking violently. The attendant jerks his hand towards the man in a feeble 'here ya go' motion. The big man stares menacingly at the attendant for a few seconds, and quickly reaches out to grab the microphone. The crowd roars with laughter as a loud "THUMP" is heard as the microphone hits the mat because the attendant bolted as soon as the man's hand move towards him. The unknown man, suddenly irate with disgust at the attendants' cowardly fear, begins yelling towards the attendant while picking up the microphone.

With a microphone finally in the hands of the mystery man, the crowd murmers in anticipation of an explanation from the man who has, from what they believe, has completely wasted their time. Chants of "Speak" begin to echo through the arena as the man, who has now calmed down, stares at the crowd for a few seconds, raises the mic to his mouth, holds it there..... then lowers it.... and procedes to sit back down on the folding metal chair.

Audience frustration peaks and the whole arena roars in disgust......the man just looks around and notices the enormous crowd.....the bright lights.....the cameras...fancy dressed hosts..... clean ring...

"All the pomp and circumstance.........."

Quick silence as the crowd mutes in the effort to comprehend the meaning of what the hell the man just said. The man gets up out of the chair, moves to a turnbuckle, pats it, then nods with mocking approval....

"Pretty high class stuff."

He walks back to the chair and sits down....head cocked in a sideways glance at the audience, raises the microphone to his lips....

"Let me tell you a story... a story about a young boy from Helena Montana."

A chorus of boos begin to wave through the arena. Random shouts of 'boring' can be heard. The man smirks and lowers his head...then looks up...

"This boy grew up in a one room apartment above a rundown old tavern. He lived alone because his Mamma died when he was 2, and his Daddy saw life through the bottom of a bottle...so he was there (shaking his head with a look of confused anguish) but he wasn't there, you know what I mean?

After a pause, he sits back in the metal chair and chuckles disbelievingly....

"He would come home loaded... shouting 'FUCK THIS' and 'FUCK THAT' and throwing furniture around... The boy would try to calm his Dad down... You know?.... but do you know what that got him?"

The man removes his sunglasses with surprising care and places them in the breast pocket of his jean jacket. Once done, he looks out into the audience, his face holding a blank expression. In an instant, he hurls his right fist repeatedly into his forhead....

"BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!"

In feined exhaustion, both hands drop to his lap and he hangs his head. After a few seconds, with his head still lowered, he raises the microphone...

"After years of that shit, the boy left... There had to be somethin better."

Chuckling again, he looks up....

"The boy finds a job slingin beer at the local pool hall. He decides to grab a cue and give it a try..... he gets good...... he gets real good. He gets so good that he makes a months pay sharkin' the local boys...every NIGHT!!........but do you know what that got him?"


Sparse sections of the crowd join in as the man again slams his right fist into his forhead...

"BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!"

Parts of the audience cheers, but the majority remains silent as the man lowers his right hand and looks up to the crowd, revealing the blood that has begun to trickle from a cut that has opened up on his forhead, his face twisted in a grin.

"So the boy, looking for an answer, looking for the right path in life, called upon the only friend he ever had... and that friend told him the truth.... the cold, hard, truth..."

The man rises from the chair and begins to slowly circle the ring, keeping his head down as he speaks...

"His friend showed the boy the path that would lead him to inner peace... the path that would lead to his happiness.... the path that would make him a MAN!
... His friend showed him the answer!"

He stops in front of the metal chair and looks up to the crowd, who is now officially split in a half cheering and half booing mode. He wipes his forehead, staining the wrapping on his left wrist.....looks at it...... and smiles...

"Do you know what the answer is?"

The crowd begins to chant "BAM! BAM! BAM!" in full unison as the man drops the microphone and begins a series of unrelating left-right punches to his forehead....

"BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!....."

The roar is deafening as he continues to batter his face repeatedly, blood flying from his face and fists......

He stops, breathing hard and looking out at the crowd, who is still chanting BAM! BAM! BAM! Blood is spilling down his entire face now. Bending down, he picks up the microphone, rises and begins to pound his chest with his fist...

"I AM THAT BOY!!!......COLE SLOCUM!!! AND THIS...(he points in a circular motion around the ring) IS MY ANSWER!!!! THIS IS MY PATH TO INNER PEACE!.... PAIN IS THE ONLY THING I KNOW! IT'S THE ONLY THING I NEED!.... ITS THE ONLY THING I'VE EVER HAD!"

"SINCE I FOUND THIS RING, I'VE SPENT ALL MY WAKING LIFE IN PAIN, MISERY, AND ANGUISH..... AND I LOVE IT!!! I'VE DESTROYED AND HAVE BEEN DESTROYED... I'VE BEEN BACKSTABBED, AND HAVE SWUNG THE BLADE MYSELF! WITH EVERY PUNCH, KICK, CHOKE, TABLE OR CHAIR SHOT TO THE HEAD, MORE LIFE FLOWS THROUGH THESE VEINS! THIS ISN'T WHAT I DO...IT'S WHAT....I....AM!!!!"

"I'VE BEEN ON THIS RIDE FOR A LONG TIME, SO LONG THAT I'VE FOUGHT MY WAY THROUGH JUST ABOUT EVERY TERRITORY ON THE MAP! SOME EVEN SAY THAT I'M THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE DESTRUCTION OF THE TERRITORIES. YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT! DAMN PROMOTORS WANT ME GONE AS SOON AS I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR, SO I WOULD MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE THEIR LIFE A LIVING HELL! I'VE RUN MY WAY THROUGH EVERY PROMOTION ON EARTH!!"

Cole lowers the microphone, his face turning from rage to instant calm. He lowers his head...... then slowly raises it smiling...

"EXCEPT FOR ONE"

The crowd roars.

"SO HERE I AM.....THE BRIGHT LIGHTS... CAMERAS...A FANCY NEW RING...(Cole lowers the mic and turns full circle, smiling in mock admiration) ALL THE POMP AND CIRCUMSTANCE....... THE P2PW!!!!"

The crowd goes insane as Cole walks over to the metal chair, folds it up, carries it to the center of the ring........ and raises it over his head .....

"THE PAIN STARTS NOW"

Cole drops the mic with a "thud" as "Seek and Destroy" thunders throughout the arena. He slides out of the ring, ignoring the crowd as he slowly walks up the ramp, and through the curtain.

***Shane starts opening doors and looking in as he passes them. He comes a door marked “Ladies Locker Room”. He stops for a second then barges in. Women scream and cover up real fast.***

SM: Is Candy in here? I need to talk to that hoe.

Kacey Garcia: She’s not in here. And you shouldn’t be either.

SM: Oh please baby. You don’t have anything I haven’t seen a million times.

KG: Get the hell out!

SM: Don’t get your panties in a twist just because you’re a 4 on the Shane-a-tude scale.

***KG pushes Shane out of the room. Shane continues his search for Candy.***

SM: Has anyone seen Candy Cox?

Some guy: I saw her go in to Rocky’s office a few minutes ago.

***Shane walks down the hall and stands outside Rocky’s office. After a minute he looks down at his wrist to check the time but he’s not wearing a watch. He shrugs his shoulders and rolls his eyes.***

SM: Damn it. I know a man like Rocky must be done by now.

***A crew member walks past on a cellular phone. Shane grabs it from the guy.***

SM: He’ll call you back.

***Shane hangs it up. He then dials a number.***

SM: **disguising his voice** Yes I have a delivery for you at the back entrance. Please come sign for it.

***Shane hangs up and tosses the phone back to the owner.***

SM: Thanks guy.

***The door to Rocky’s office opens and Candy Cox walks out. Shane goes over and grabs her arm.***

SM: It’s about time you got out here.

CC: Leave me alone. I got something to do.

SM: Look damn it! It’s time to do your job. I got something to say.

CC: I got better things to do right now.

SM: Like that little delivery waiting for you? Too bad that was me on the phone.

CC: You bastard.

SM: Just get your little mic out from where ever it is you keep it and let’s get this done.

CC: Fine whatever. What’s so important that you couldn’t wait?

SM: Well first off, I got put in some damn big ass chamber thing.

CC: Yeah so?

SM: All my Montezinites don’t want to see me get mangled.

CC: All your what?

SM: All my Shaneamanics.

CC: Oh please.

SM: Tez-Heads.

CC: No better.

SM: No Candy. That was always you. Look here Mastadon. If I eliminate one man in this match that man is going to be you. You made the biggest mistake of your life by disrespecting me buddy. Weather you meant it or not I don’t care. I’m going to make you respect me.

***Shane cracks his neck.***

SM: Now Candy. You can get back under the Rock…or I should say Rocky that you crawled out from under.

***The scene fades as Shane walks away leaving Candy with a nasty look on her face.***
