Ok, right now Raw needs a GM. This is making the whole show inbalanced, and the whole idea of the GM on Smackdown! also pointless.

I think Coach is doing fine with his role, and with Vince being in every show due to his rivalry with DX, I think a GM would be overkill on authority on the show.

Smackdowns whole show is pointless from what I've seen of it, so the GM role isn't the only thing about it that would end up that way. As far as Raw goes... while it could obviously be done better, its still a decent situation they have going on there.
