So, go and find the answers.

Who is Stacy Latissaw and what was her most famous hit?
|
|
|
Post by shinnstheory on Jul 14, 2005 14:13:32 GMT 1
Stacy Lattisaw was a teenage urban soul singer in the early '80s. She had a few hits:
"Let Me Be Your Angel" "Love on a Two Way Street" "Miracles"
I went to Amazon.com and listen to the clips of each tune from her "Best of...." (which was torture) and didn't recognize any. So, I'll guess "Miracles" was her biggest hit?
She had 5 hit albums, as a teen, between 1981 and 1986

Wow. Sweet...
This is an easy one: Alice in Chains recorded a song called "Right Turn". Who appeared on that track as a special guest singer?

Little Wing, which is one of my favorite of Jimi's.
What record does Meatloaf's album "Bat Out Of Hell" hold?

|
|
Post by shinnstheory on Jul 17, 2005 15:51:01 GMT 1
Bat Out of Hell has gone on to sell an estimated 30 million copies and become one of the top five biggest selling albums of all time. That it?

Hmmm... Here is what I read:
"Bat out of Hell has sold 30 million copies worldwide and 2.4 million in the UK, alone 8 times platnium, that's about 4,000 copies sold per day. Bat out of Hell holds the record for the longest running album in the charts, 624 to date (April 2000)..."
