Well, I spent the whole night trying to save my girlfriends, freinds dog. It was hit by a car last night but was still alive. It could have been one of the sadest things I have ever been a part of. Needless to say he died. His name was Azulo and while I didn't see the dog much, I love dogs and to see this happen was extremely upsetting. Rest in peace Azulo.

I know the feeling, SS. I've lost so many pets it's not funny: they truly DO become family.
Best wishes to you and your girlfriend.

I've had the same thing. I had a dog that was like 10 years old. We considered him as part as the family. Then he all of the sudden had triple organ failure, so we had to put him down. We then buried him in my backyard. Anyway, sorry to hear that SS, hope you feel better.

Wishes Scream, truly a sad thing when people lose a dog. I started out with 6 dogs when I was 7, but 5 got taken away by the pound after Neighbors complained. I have my last dog now, but she's nearly on her way out due to old age.

yeah, that's the same.
Sorry for the late reply Screamster, but I just decided to start whoring threads.
Sorry to hear that, I have a cat that I love, and LHW is correct in saying they become part of the family.
RIP Azulo
