I also saw Crank - kinda stupid but super funny in a twisted way. I laughed so hard when he ran out of the hospital in the patient gown, with his butt hanging out and all. My little sis kept rewinding to see that part and we were both laughing so loud that her husband came out of the bedroom to see what the heck was going on. Haha!

Shooter. Pretty damn good movie. Really enjoyed it. Funny that a guy goes from "Markey Mark" to an academy-award nominated actor.

Saw it last Saturday ... Definitley worth every penny.
Get ready to laugh your mouth off and get ready to amputate your leg for the obvious reasons. Grindhouse totally gave off the whole local 70's theatre feel including the previews and inbetween movie -- Well, just see it.
One of the best movies I've seen in awhile. Go see it!

300. Lots of killing, but it needed more killing. Or at least more lady boob shots.

28 Weeks Later. Phenominal. Loved it. Had more of a Hollywood feeling to it, as opposed to the cult classic, dark and realistic feeling of the original, 28 Days Later. The Zombie vs. Helicopter scene is amazing, as is the acting from all leads. Robert Carlyle especially steals the show though.
If you like blood and gore, this is the movie for you. Perhaps not as good as the original, but it certainly gives it a run for its money.

Hmm. I think I have to watch the first again, because my initial reaction to it was the same. But, the more I thought of the first, the more I imagined it better. The two films had a totally different feel to them. I can't really explain it. Hopefully you know where I'm coming from.
On another note, as much as I'd love to see a third film, I thought the ending was great and would serve as a great "use your imagination" ending to the storyline. But, a thrid film would be welcome.

In this order:
Spider-Man 3 (May do whatever a spider can, but Toby MacGuire delivered a shit-filled performance as "Emo-Spidey", aka Simbyote-Suit Spider-Man. AVOID AT ALL COST!)
Pirates Of The Carribean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl (Johnny Depp is frickin' hilarious as Capt. Jack Sparrow, but he just has that swagger. ****1/2 out of *****)
Pirates Of The Carribean: Dead Man's Chest (Depp and Orlando Bloom still do that thing we love: piracy. **** out of *****)
Want to see PotC: At World's End.
