It starts off like most off Mathew Vaughns movies, with the voice-over of one of the main characters. A brief look into his quiet, yet highly illegal life throws you off slightly, until you remember that this is in fact a British gangter film. And a great British gangster film it was.
This movie resets the bar for British gangster films, much higher than its predecesors, Snatch and Lock Stock, ironcally also directed by Vaughn. Touches of humour, as opposed to the all out black comedy of said films trailing in its wake, grouped together with a strong cast, excellent acting, colourful and believable characters, subtley brutal violent scenes, excellent soundtrack and a jaw dropping, high-octane storyline make this a must see for Brits and non-Brits alike.
As I said, the cast was immense. Mathew Vaughn used a few of the actors that he has worked with over previous films, such as Dexter Fletcher and Louis Emerick, as well as using other British actors, instead of the Hollywood star power of Brad Pitt and Benico Del Toro (although a few of these actors are slowly claiming their right to call Hollywood home, such as Daniel Craig) The use of these home grown actors have proved a hit again for Vaughn. How he manages to use the same people and turn them into different people that the audience can't compare to a previous film of his is excellent.
This is a must see film. Ypu won't be disappointed.

We got Snatch. But, I am anti-cinema. I'll have to wait either way.
