I don't get what role Morgan Freeman has?
And is the main baddie Scarecrow or Ra Al Ghul(or whatever his name is)?
This movie will rock. But scarecrow kinda sucks, they should have done it with Manbat or someone cooler.

I think Morgan Freeman is Alfred. You know, the butler. They reserve that role for the niggers.

right, michael caine is alfred. morgan freeman plays someone who i can't quite remember but he's the main guy at wayne enterprises that invents all of batman's wonderful toys i.e. suit, batmobile, utility belt etc etc. the main villain of the piece is ra al ghul but scarecrow is the secondary villain. hope that clears it up.

WHAT A FUCKING FILM!
THE BEST FILM INTERPRETATION OF A COMIC BOOK CHARACTER EVER!!!!
i'm not going to bleat on about it, because no-one will read it but this film is fantastic. as soon as it finished i wanted to see it again. chris bale is batman and he's bruce wayne. he pulls them both off to a "t". in fact the whole cast is brilliant. special mentions go to liam neeson and the very special michael caine. chris nolan has created a very wonderful film where characterisation is everything. this film just rules. go and see it.

Call me an old head but there seems to be very little difference (storyline wise) between Batman Begins and the Batman that was released exactly 16 years ago this month.
It's almost as if they recycled the same story but updated the celebrity cast and special effects. Save your money kids 'cause this one gets the Batista thumbs down!
Fantastic Four will be the ticket.

nothing like the 1989 batman. totally different look and feel. 1989 bats was very style over substance, very 2d and quasi-camp because of it and batman/bruce wayne was put on a back burner because of it. there are similarities but only slight.
but if you like quasi-camp, you'll love fantastic 4. that has it written all over it.

I'm a huge Batman fan and I cannot wait to see this movie. Hopefully I will see it within the next week. I've heard not a single bad thing about it, and am wetting myself in anticipation.
Now if you will excuse me, I must change my undergarments ...

Ditto.
Christian Bale was the perfect Bruce Wayne too.
One of best lines ever:
Batman: What do you know?
Henchmen: I dont' know anything! I swear to God!
Batman: SWEAR TO ME!!!
Great

Fantastic Four will blow.
If you hear anybody say it's great, or even the greatest, I will assume that they are those people who don't need a story, just eye candy explosioins and special effects. The acting in the previews is piss poor, and not believable.
Hopefully it'll pull through somehow.
But, yeah, Batman will blow it's socks off with ease, IMO

fantastic four isn't going to be that good. unless you think bad acting, awful dialogue, crap plot and great special effects make a good movie. mind you, it worked for teen wolf.
and doesn't rocky look like styles in teen wolf too except without the mullet?

Scarecrow is cooler than ya'll think. He srpays acid at people, not like burn your skin acid but like LSD acid. And it's in vapor form. Awesome
Clayface is one of my Favorite Villains, they should put him in the next one.

If you saw Batman Begins they allude to the fact that the Joker will somehow be featured. But The Joker doesn't become "The Joker" until Batman 1 so we'll see how that works out.
Did anyone ever notice that Harvey Dent was played by Billy Dee Willimas in Batman and Tommy Lee Jones later on. Just like Michael Jackson he becomes lighter, and lighter.

Batman Begins is part of a whole new different Batman franchise. That means that all previous batman films aren't associated with Begins. So they'll have the full fledged Joker in the next movie. The third movie, which may be filmed back to back with the second, will have Two Face as the bad guy where we see how he goes from being a good lawyer, Harvey Dent, to his split personality villain.
Joker is supposed to be in the third as well, involved in his court case (therefore not dying in the second).
