I personally don't think much will be unfolding from this.
I bet they were just discussing old times and how much Goldberg stinks it up in the ring.

Forgive the sensible idea here, but it was probably Bill saying
" Bret, sorry Im so shit in the ring, but Bishoff paid me millions to end your career"

i always got the impression that goldberg did feel bad about what happened between them and seemed to take responsibilty on his part.

How the hell can you not kick someone in the head and not mean it the way Goldberg did? There must have been tremendous power behind it, or else it wouldn't even graze the skin. I know the guy is a very, very sloppy wrestler, but that was just far too stiff.
I don't doubt for a second he regrets it now and, at the time, he probably didn't mean to end his career. But I really do believe he kicked him stiffly on the head through sheer badness.

here's what big bill had to say
Goldberg and Bret Hart met following the May 29th Stanley Cup Finals game in Calgary. The two discussed Goldberg's famous kick which ended Hart's career.
"It was very fulfilling getting to talk to him," Goldberg said.
“What we talked about is between him and I, but the overall outcome was that I feel very good about our relationship moving forward."

apparently last i heard from goldberg was the reason he fucked up the kick was because he was so pissed off with scott hall for some reason i.e. he wasn't thinking about what he was doing.

Just goes to show that he isnt professional enough to switch off when he is in the ring, and concentrate on the man who has placed his own career in Goldberg's hands
shame, damn shame
