-In other related news, WWE has filed a lawsuit against Marvel for the name right’s to “Hulk Hogan.” WWE paid Marvel 20 years ago to have right’s to the name and they are set to expire next year. Marvel claims that the naming right’s have already expired and they are no longer able to use the name.

Oh no. To me, that shows that the WWE want to use Hogan again. Hopefully it's just for marketing purposes, rather than a future run with the company.

They should let Marvel have it. He has made "Hollywood Hogan" a big name and could simply use that for the next run.

I'll be honest, who cares?
Marvel must only want it back if they are planning to relaunch the Hulk Hogan comic character, leading to a movie somewhere down the line.
WWE have had it for 20 years, and everyone knows the Hulk Hogan and Hollywood Hogan are the same person, so let Marvel have Hulk back, and let WWE use Hollywood Hogan

Only if it was that easy, we all know vince wont like it that way, so he will have a pointless law suit to gets the rights to a name, of a person who doesnt work for him anymore

Err, I'm gonna have to agree with Rocky on this one. If they wanna keep the 'Hulk Hogan' name, there obviously planning on bringing him back sometime down the line .... great   |
