In almost every Main Event these days, someone gets busted open.
In almost all cases, it is a blade job. But this Sunday, at Judgment Day, I'm not so sure
Eddie took a sick stiffarmed chair shot from one of the worst workers in the industry, JBL
From all camera angles, Eddie fell, arms slumped to his sides and his head resting on an unfolded chair
When he came round he was gushing blood, so much so that he needed genuine medical help after the match.
Now IMO, the WWE are trying to cover up JBL's mistake, by saying it was a bad blade job.
Should blading be banned, because if this was the case, and it was a blade job gone horrendously wrong, then how long before someone loses so much blood, at the very least, it ends their career

it was an awful chair shot and eddie did lose a hell of a lot of blood, but more often than not the blading is done fine, i dont think it should be outlawed, but i think they should use it more sparingly!
match with jbl = injuries

Blading works, in most cases but recently we have seen unexperianced people try it now I have rarely seen eddie "busted open" but remeber earlier this year when Spanky done it in a match with Brock, he cocked up which lead to him losing a lot of blood and collapesing after the match.
So I am kinda in agreement with Micko if you can do it, do it but not every main event or to quote the great Bobby Heenan
"The magic will quickly go"
Bang! Bang!

it's used too much in my opinion.
also as bad as eddie's blade job was, i still think that vince's from survivor series was worse by far.

I have not yet seen "the Eddie incident" however, I am in agreement with Nation, Vince was a bloody awful attempt and you will have to go some to beat that

Lets put it this way, In the Vince blade job, no one fell over in the ring, having slid thru blood!
I would love to see at what point Eddig bladed himself, coz I just cant see wher, when or how he did it.
I think in this case they are trying to bring back kayfabe here

Eddie bladed after the chair shot. When he was bent over the other chair.
When the ref got knocked down you can see he was reaching in to his pocket...probably to get the blade. And right before the chair shot Eddie went over tword the ref...probably getting the blade. And when he was falling to the chair his hands go up to his head. So he probably tried blading as he was falling...big mistake I guess.

Blading should not be outlawed, it should be retaught to every wrestler, because it really is a lost art.
Eddie should not have lost that much blood, HBK should not have lost that much blood at WM, seriously, blading is very dangerous, and therefore like someone said earlier, used more sparingly.
JBL = career shortening.

I think it should be. The sight of a bad blade job, makes me feel ill and puts me right off. I'm not squeemish at all, but when it's dripping all over the damn place, just makes me feel a bit sick.
The wrestling itself should be entertainment enough. If they have to inflict injury to themselves just to make the match look better, then they should improve their art, rather than go for downright stupid stunts.

thats the whole point, if done properly its not a stunt, its an art! if it is done properly you get the effect without losing pints of blood!

Needs to be retaught before someone ends up really getting hurt.

Hell I n A Cell at Bad Blood
a good example of how blading works.
It didnt look too sick, it healed up during the match, till the right time to re-open it.
My concern now it how the likes of HHH and HBK will look, as without plastic surgery, their heads will look like a tic-tac-toe board
But for once in recent history of blading, this looked the part, without resorting to half a man's body being left on the canvas.
