Hey all. Well, as some of you may have heard, ProBoards is upgrading all of their servers. Basically, what this means, is that there are a lot of great changes coming to p2p. There will be many new functions and features. I won't list them here as I want them to be a surprise. If you want to know them, then that's up to you to find out from someone else, but not me! But, in order for this to happen, p2p will go down anyday between April 30th and May 7th. I'm not sure how long it will be down for between then, but when it is available online again, the rewards will be great. It's an exciting time for p2p, so please be patient while this happens. Thanks in advance! Rocky. -------------------------------------------- This is exactly what the PM said, but you can discuss it here.

Yeah, remember we had a whole bunch of other ones before the Banana era.
I'll get more after the update. No point in doing anything as big as that just now incase the upgrade messes with anything.
There are some pretty neat smilies there. Nice one.

I ripped you off, cause I'm lazy, and used your exact Mass PM about the upgrade. I changed a few things though. Ha! Twice! -------------------------------- Hey all. Well, you've probably spotted that the notice has been at the top of the forum, saying that we will upgrade within the next 24 hours, has been there for much longer than 24 hours. It's basically because the owner and creator of ProBoards is ill and can't commence the upgrade.
I don't know when it will happen now, but it will still happen, guarenteed.
Hang in there.
EDIT: Shinn's you damn thief...

You will notice several different things right away, so you'll know when it happens.
But no, as I said in the post before, it hasn't happened yet.

Yeah, basically, the screen you ssaw over the weekend was V4 uploading, but, due to the present circumstances, all forums were reverted back to V3.

Why do I get the feeling that proboards has said "to Hell with this", or dropped the ball on this.
Either that, or there is somethign wrong and there not publically saying it.
I would say that laziness has something to do with it.

I agree, I would have to say that this dude better be close to death, to not have gotten this done by now.
Also, I find it very interesting...in and irritating way that only 1 person, out of all the people that run proboards can do the upgrade. There should always be a backup-second in command to take over, for these types of occassions.
