TNA is really screwed up at the moment. I totally agree with you Stare. Jarrett as champ is bullshit, and i hate the idea of Sting and JJ headlining Hard Justice. Joe, didn't need to be in the match at all, but perhaps they had a change of mind at the last minute about the winner.
LAX, AJ Styles & Daniels and the X-Division matches are the only things that i'm enjoying from them at the moment.

If anything, Tna should have Sting win the title off of Jarrett so then at the next ppv we can have Sting vs Joe. That match has some history to it. I bet that would sell more then a Jarrett vs Joe match.
Also I read on TNA.com that they will be releasing a Sting dvd near the end of the year. Instead of being match heavy it appears that they will be promoting the fact that they have a very in depth interview with Sting. I thing I will wait till WWE and Sting sit down and do a dvd like the Bret Hart or Flair dvds..Until then it won't be a true Sting Dvd.

With RAW, ECW and Friday Night Smackdown!, TNA is more of an after thought these days, don't you think?

Yeah, but only because Jarrett is champion.

Even though Jarrett is doing with the NWA title what Hunter did with the WWE title a couple of years ago, I think it's beyond that. When the average fan thinks sports entertainment, the average fan thinks Vince McMahon. And it seems as if McMahon has a solid grip with programming on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. It's just a shame because there is talent such as Samoa Joe and Christian Cage, but they will continue to be second rate and not recognized as mainstream talent as long as they are not working for Vincent Kennedy McMahon.

TNA's problem is that they are only pandering to a select audience and while this WOULD have worked with ECW back in the day, this particular audience is the anti WWE group, which in the wrestling fans audience is very small.
Now if they were to say step it up a little bit and actually try to produce a compelling feud or angle for the WORLD title and not the X-Division belt, people might take notice. They don't though, all I've seen of the title picture is either Jeff Jarrett hunting for the belt again, or everybody trying to detach Jarrett from the belt again. Thats boring and old... and nobody cares. Nobody can get into it. And while guys like Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, A.J. Styles, and a whole other group of people are putting on the perfect RING WORK, nothing is really going on outside the ring to help the situation. You can have the best bunch of wrestlers in the world, but if people are continuously fed the same crap over and over, then they stop tuning in.

Ok everyone is claiming that TNA is a alternitive to WWE. Well tonight proved otherwise. Whenever has WWE had a fire start during one of their ppv's causing them to ad lib at least 30 minutes? You know that tomorrow night on RAW DX is going to come out and do some kind of skit on it.. Bound for Glory or whichever ppv is coming from detroit won't come soon enough for them.

Hey my name is NYCROSS. I am new to this form. I been a wrestling fan since before Sting was black and white. I have noticed everyone saying how great the WWE is but I strongly disagree. I have noticed there plots have been really stall lately and their faces are not strong. Yet TNA wrestling is on the forfront of wrestling with new and fresh talent and they got Sting one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. I know TNA has a future don't underestimate the little guy. TNA is the next WWE Vinnce beter watch his back or WWE will become a thing of the past.

Sting should be putting people over, not winning and rising to the top. Sting "was" a great wrestler, not is. Have you seen the Scorpion Deathlock lately? I don't think a move like that would hurt when you're standing straight-up cause it "hurts your knees" to bend.
What I would've done is have Sting return just like they did, and then start running through everyone. He wouldnt win the title, but he would defeat a lot of people in his path. Then, have him give a speech about how TNA is a who's who of guys who are second-rate, and how he's defeated everyone in TNA, and it is nothing more than a joke. Then, cue Samoa Joe's music, and have him come out and state "Yeah you have beaten a lot of people, but you havent' faced me yet!".
^Have Joe and Sting finally face with TNA undefeated streaks on-the-line, and have Joe go over Sting. That is how Sting's year should've been used.

Yeah, bloody Sting hasn't put anyone over and his presence pretty much ruined Christian's momentum coming into to TNA.
The JJ/Sting feud should have ended at Lockdown or at the PPV afterwards when he teamed with Joe. Following that he should have put over Joe and gone onto to face someone else. I was hoping for Christian/Sting at Bound For Glory but now he's facing Jarrett AGAIN. Joe's momentum has been kinda killed as well. He should be the one getting the shot at the title at BFG and he should have gone out as champ. Sting should havenjobbed to Christian at BFG too, just to cement Christian as the future main event heel. But now we're getting a stupid main event which is surely going to be a shit match, and Christian and Joe with nothing to do.

Yeah, TNA is shooting itself in the foot, and why?
Well, let's think about that.
Jarret has killed many potential step-forward's for TNA by putting the strap back on himself.
Sting is being put in the Main Event of the biggest PPV of the year, despite the fact that his wrestling has been bad and he's not getting a great reaction.
Christian, eventhough he has been very much over with the crowd, has been turned heel only to be pushed back? I thought you were supposed to be pushed forward after that.
Samoa Joe is the best thing going for TNA, and he's getting Main Event matches against the World Champion . . .but it's non-title? Come on!
I'm sure Sting will win the title, despite the fact that the fan's want to see Joe, and then it'll become crystal clear that the only reason Joe was in a non-title match was because they want him to go over Jarret, but would rather have Sting as champion.
It's fucking stupid, and TNA is fucking stupid. The only thing being done halfway right is the AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels / LAX feud, Eric Young, and the push of Chris Sabin.
EDIT: Also, if TNA had any fucking sense, Alex Shelley would be getting twice the respect that he is now.

The Summer of Punk!
As for TNA, I'm loving how LAX is being handled right now. They're best thing in wrestling right now, bar Samoa Joe. Chris Sabin is shit. I hate this guy so much. He's so bland and only mediocre in the ring, and he's retarded. Alex Shelley is leagues above him. Elix Skipper and Sonjay Dutt are miles better than Sabin.
I beter Eric Young will turn out like Eugene.
What i don't understand is having Christian turn on Sting and then pretty much forget about the whole thing. Sting could at least feud with Christian up until No Surrender. Then Joe could face Christian at BFG.
It would be so stupid to waste Joe on the Monster's Ball match but that's what we're heading for, i think.

I'm sure Joe with have the belt sooner than later. I guess that's right as he has done alot in and for TNA. I'd love to see Abyss win it or Rhino win it again, though. Not that I watch TNA anyway.

I honestly think that AJ styles is underused. I honestly think he is one of the best wrestlers today, but now he is stuck in a tag team. With the history of TNA, AJ has been the innovator of moves. TNA really needs to give him another push.

Bound For Glory is just a few hours a way. I'm really looking forward to it. TNA needs to put on a good show here to really cement themselves as competition for WWE.
Oh, and i'm sure Austin Aries (Starr) will return and win Nash's gauntlet thing.

Angle against Joe ... Anyone watch TNA here, or remotley interested in this feud?
I've been liking TNA more than WWE latley, and with little TNA knowledge its been easy to catch on. I think they're overdoing the Kurt Angle angle though. Okay, so hes a superstar/ex-WWE wrestler/Olympic Champion but he lacks interest in story.
I don't know...Anyone out there?

I think that TNA is blowing their load a little too soon with the whole Angle vs Joe match. They should know that is the match that everyone is dying to see. Why give it away so soon. Tease the fans a little, make them more excited to see it. I would had waited half a year up to a year before having that match. After this upcoming ppv, why would you want to watch it anymore?

Keith, TNA always messes up their golden opportunities. Their introduction of Sting killed a lot of his credibility, as it was lame.
Now, they've taken one of the most anticipated matches that no one ever thought they would see, and quickly use it.
Honestly, I think they're going ahead and doing it for the fear that Angle would change his mind and leave TNA.
