TNA tries to play Sting as some GOD. I can recall a PPV when Jarrett smashed a guitar over his forehead, and Sting just smiled and gave a good ole "WOO!". I laughed my brains out.
TNA needs to stick to it's more simplistic wrestling and play it's X Division more. I think Senshi has amzing moves and Sabin along with Lethal have extreme potential but aren't played as much as they should
Same goes for Styles and Daniels. They're a great tag, but they need to be put in the limelight once more (Just not with Joe... One year feud is enough)

Everyone who has SpikeTV watch the Primetime special. By doing so, you'll be helping wrestling in general by giving WWE bigger competition. Yep, I'm a die hard TNA fan. ;D

Well, I watched the show. All I'm going to say is that they were given two hours, had a fantastic show, and then they tried too hard to make this monumental ending, and basically made the ending too spuratic and "thrown together", leaving me confused and disappointed.
Oh well, they usually did that, I just always hoped it was cause they only had an hour. TNA does need better writers, that much is known.
Definetly a good show though, and worth watching.

I'm really liking the VKM, I that that they could give TNA more of an edge and give the fans something they wanna see. Shoot promos giving their views on the WWE like anbody from the ICW would. Pretty much the new DX done well. With LAX and VKM, TNA is really moving forward storyline wise. Great to see. Anyway, Genesis. The PPV looks great, Angle/Joe and Christian Cage/AJ Styles on the same card speaks for itself! But with LAX/AMW, Daniels/Sabin and teh rest of card having a few interesting Tag matches, oh and no Jarret I think this PPV is gonna be good. Rock on TNA!

Kurt Angle v. Somoa Joe is going to own.

VKM sucks. Concentrate on your own damn product instead of bashing someone elses. It's not like the WWE actually give a damn about VKM anyway.
And, although Joe Vs. Angle will own, i hate that Joe has effectively been turned into a heel. His momentum has been killed. This is whay they should have waited before doing this feud until Joe was really really over and the buzz over Angle's defection to TNA had ended.

Turning Somoa Joe heel was the only way they could have Angle go over without having the same kind of backlash they had against the Rock at Wrestlemania X-8/SummerSlam 2002.
The crowd would have started "booing" Joe anyway because of Angle's popular status.

Nah, there was very little chance that Angle would not be face. He's the most over guy in wrestling period and the guys in TNA would cheer him over Joe anyday. (Although I'm a huge Joe fan)

Well, I would agree that I thought this would kill Joe . . . but TNA (I actually assume Russo) pulled the perfect move out. Below is my opinion on what happened otnight.
Having Joe extend his hand and Angle not shake it, and Joe declare that now things would be done the hard way was ingenious. Since Joe lost, I thought his character had been hurt, but now, he has a loss (which he needed because it can only go for so long) but he's the face seeking revenge, and Angle has been turned towards being a heel. Brilliant.
^as far as that goes, anyone else notice that character development has been going up big-time since Russo came along. THe card was great, VKM was over HUGE, The Movement is interesting, Chris Sabin's character is interesting. I believe that guy may have gotten his spark back. Time will tell.

Joe's loss was done wrong IMO, have him "pass out" from the ankle lock after like 5 mins, the approach angle with the hand.
That way the turn would have still happened but joe would have still had his "streak" as he would still have never been pinned or submitted, giving the rematch more of an edge.
Thats just this humbled scouser's opinion

Discovered TNA last year and it's slowly but surely taken over WWE for my preferred choice of Wrasslin' fix.
The whole Joe/Angle feud, I think, has come along quite nicely. Yeah, Joe lost his streak by tapping out (but who hasn't tapped to the Ankle Lock?) but then Angle returned the favour and tapped in the rematch. The third match will decide it and I think it's going to be the best of the lot. At first, the worry was would Joe's momentum be damaged or killed and after the 1st match, it seemed it had, but Angle's played a blinder going all out Super Heel. Joe's never been a full face, but after this he'll take his place as the top face in the company. And Angle is the one who will push him along a bit to that final point.

I honestly haven't liked this feud much, however recently it's been getting better with Angle turning on the heel goodness. Adding Samoa Joe's "girlfriend" to the mix was a cheap way to get heat on Angle but it worked. With a feud of this magnitude i would have preffered for them to dig a little deeper and give them a really big storyline.
Joe was definitely a full fledged face before the announcement of Angle coming to TNA, since he was in the main event against Jarrett. He was definitely getting cheered like one. He got the bigggest reactions. However i do agree that there was no defining moment where he actually turned.
Also, i know i'm in the minority but i really didn't enjoy their match at Turning Point. It got rave reviews but i just couldn't get into it. They repeated so many moves. I could predict what was going to happen, so it killed it for me.
EDIT: And it's awesome to have another TNA fan around. My interest in TNA has gone down since Vince Russo was hired (pretty much) but at least there's someone else to talk to about it.

Russo, I think, could be a good thing. Now hear me out. Yes, the guy sunk WCW, but to be fair, that was on it's way to hitting an iceberg regardless of who was steering. His ideas in WWE worked, but only because he had a shit filter in Vince. I think now, he's got something to prove and everyone's watching him. Plenty of people in the TNA locker room hate the guy and make no secret of it i.e. Jim Cornette. Russo is aware of this and I don't think the guy wants to hand out any more ammo than he already has in his career. As long as he stays off camera and keeps the shit filter on, then I'm prepared to give him a chance. I just avert my eyes when Kevin Nash comes on screen.

The difference between Russo in the WWE and him in WCW or TNA was that he always had Vince as a sort of filter for his shitty and good ideas. There isn't anyone like that in TNA. Dixie Carter is a retard. She actually thought the DX Vs. VKM match would go down after the million dollar challenge.
His ideas for TNA have been bollocks. The first thing that sticks out is this stupid VKM thing. First of all, Voodo Kin Mafia? What the fuck is that all about? Anyway, this whole thing is just stupid. You have two over the hill performers bitching and moaning about their former team mates just because they've brought back the faction that they originated. Road Dogg and Billy Gunn weren't the founding members of DX, HHH and HBK were. They can whatever the fuck they want with it. Secondly, VKM are tired of DX's stupid segments, so why are they doing stupid shit themselves? It makes no sense. Lastly, where the fuck do they think they're going with this feud? I mean, come on. There's no way in hell that this match is going to happen. There's no payoff, so they're seemingly going to be doing this shit for the rest of their careers or something. Stupid.
Angle versue Joe has been handled poorly. First of all, this feud shouldn't have happenned at all for a while. But seeing as it did, they shouldn't played it out in the span of three months. I mean, now what are they going to do? The first match was supposed to have been great for buyrates but the second was back to normal. If they had spread the matches out, then they could have increased buyrates for each of those PPVs. The storyline has been lackluster. It's simply "Hey, I'm Kurt Angle" "Hey, I'm Samoa Joe" "Let's fight". I mean, come on. Bring in some of their backgrounds or something and make it appear more of a dream match. Or add something to it. Make it a blood feud. Do something!
I'm not bothered to write much more so i'll list some more stuff that's been shit:
AJ Styles heel turn - why turn one of your most marketable talents heel?
Misuse of LAX - stripping them of their tag titles after winning a tag title match. Generally not giving them feuds that they deserve.
NWA Title - Seriously, changing hands on a DQ is just retarded. After being hyped up for a whole year, Sting loses in his first defense. This stupid storyline is just gonna end badly, and it's not like we haven't seen it all before.
Stupid matches - Nightstick on a pole. Bullshit. That retarded Weapons or Escape match between Cage and Rhino. Fight for the Right tournament. And so much more.
There's more, i just can't be bothered anymore.
Oh, and i like the Kevin Nash stuff. Him and Alex Shelley are gold. Shelley needs to be pushed! Sabin is shit.

Alex Shelley is my favorite TNA star, and I've been wanting a push for him since he was there.
Anyways, VKM = Vince Kennedy McMahon. It's a shot. I thought it was entertaining at first, and it was teh first time that those two had been cheered for very loudly since they came to TNA.
Vince Russo used to be a decent idea man, but he was always very limited. He's lost his creativity for new and interesting stuff, and is just trying to resurrect his old ideas with a twist, and it's not going to work.
I agree with everything Aladdin said. The LAX were the best thing going, but they've been run into the ground. Samoa Joe vs. Jarret was a very desired match, and I still think he should've been given the title in their match (but it wasnt a title match, bullshit). Samoa Joe was their biggest commodity, and a feud with Kurt Angle should've just pushed him to the moon even more, but TNA has somehow hurt Samoa Joe by feuding him with Angle, and I thought that was impossible.
TNA would be feuding with WWE right now if they could write decent storylines, fact. TNA is not even a threat to WWE at the moment.
