Pretty self explainitory, I'm goin wit the obvious choice, Tony Dungy's gonna become the first black coach to win the Super Bowl. Indy wins it all.

I'll run with the Colts.
The Bears are dangerous, I fear for them Seahawks. And I wouldn't count them Pats out either.

The Bears are overrated, their defense is good but they haven't played against a good quarterback all year. Jacksonville is probably the most dangerous team this year.

Seattle for me, personally I am upset that The hawks did not make it, but as trent said, you cannot discount the pats they have the big game experiance which a lot of the others lack, and with tom brady or adam venaterri you have 2 guys who can decide a game in moments

Good point, Tom Brady is a dangerous guy when the teams back is against the wall, but I don't think they'll be able to overcome Indy, they have a point to prove this year.

But in the playoffs anyone can rise to the occasion, we seen that a couple of years ago when tampa won it

I really wouldn't call that rising to the occassion. With the defense they had, it was obvious to me that they were gonna win it. For those of you that seem unable to pick a clear favorite for your betting needs. Here's a step by step guide to picking winners in the playoffs. sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/060106a

My pick is Seattle. But it's a crapshoot.
The Patriots have the Colts number. While they haven't been the team they were the past three years they are dangerous as hell as they proved last night against a good Jaguars squad.
Seattle is my pick BUT they have a tough road as well. The Giants/Bears/Redskins are all tough as hell teams. The Bears D can stop Alexander.
What about the Bengals?
The Bengals gave the Colts a run for there money this year. They are very similar teams and don't be suprised to see the Bengals squeek through.
The two best teams in the NFL right now are the Colts in the AFC and the Seahawks in the NFC BUT anything can happen any given Sunday.

Dudes, what are you smoking?! After a 23-0 shutout (the first in playoff history since the LA (Now St. Louis) Rams did it to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, mind you), it's the Panthers! This is their year. End of story, end of discussion. LOCK PLEASE!

The Giants were destined to implode, and while the Panthers looked impressive this week, the Bears beat them this season, and I honestly don't see a different outcome out of Soldier Field this week.
Off the poll after this weekend: Bucs, Bengals, Giants, Jags.

I see a different outscome, so far, qb's that are new to the playoffs are 0-4. The Bears are overrated, Grossman will destroy all hopes of a Bears win next week.

The Bears?! They are the result of luck and an easy schedule. If Steve Smith stays healthy and the defense exposes the weakness of the Bears' offense, this could be the most one-sided playoff game in history. I pick the Panthers 26-14.

The Panthers aren't scoring 26 against the BEST D in the NFL. They might beat them, but something like 13-3 or 17-10 is a bit more believeable.
Also, the O-line needs to keep Jake Delhomme upright (which they didn't do in their last meeting with the Bears, where he was sacked 8 times), otherwise they will lose.

Bottom line: The Bears lose, I don't care by how many points they lose by, I just want em to lose.

The Pats look strong, especially in the last month or so. The true test will be against Denver this weekend, and if they can hang (which I know they have the talent to do so) then Indy shouldn't be a problem. They have grown softer during the later part of the season and I wouldn't be suprised if Pittsburgh knocked them off before the Conference finals.

The Pats are weak. The Broncos are going to run circles around them.

And the Broncos just ran circles around them....
Seattle on the other hand, was pretty impressive without Shaun Alexander...

Indy hasn't grown soft, they rested their starters & then Dungy's kid died. The last 3 weeks of the season just didn't matter to them. They will desroy Pittsburg today.

In any event, given the four teams left, I am officially going with the Carolina Panthers v. Pittsburgh Steelers for the Big One in Motown.

Would be interesting to see two Wild Card teams battle it out for the title; the Steelers, however, are long overdue. My heart went out to all those Indianapolis Colts fans who bought into that 13-0 hype.
Actually it didn't.
I laughed my black ass off when that football swayed right and didn't even come close to the uprights.
