for those of you who don't know, Randy Orton has been suspended for 60 days due to what is being called "unprofessional conduct".
CREDIT: wwe.com
I dont know if this means that he put dookie in a ziplock bag again, but I'd say if it was someone like Paul London that had done whatever Orton has done, he'd be fired.
Anyways, it's a bad thing to happen considering Smackdown is lacking big names right now.

Kurt/Rey > Orton/Rey
And besides, Batista will be back in no time

I think that Rey Mysterio should turn heel. He has been a face for too long now.

wouldn't do any good, the latin audience is extremely huge right now and they won't boo him unless they did another Kerwin gimmick. Unless he went out on live TV and said "Fuck Eddie, I did this for me." But again, probably won't happen, so theres almost nothing they can do to turn Rey heel to the public.

Plus, heels are supposed to at least seem dominant. It's hard to make a tiny guy a "believable" main event heel

Yeah, but a "tiny" guy is currently the World Champ Mr. Floorstare.

he wrestled on smackdown and he is booked for next week, hardly a suspension, but we'll see how this pans out, maybe a storyline or it could be his 2nd drug offence as that carries a 60 day suspension

Well SmackDown just got a little better, for 60 days at least. Ok, since you think the WWE lacks such great wrestling, why would you say that one of Smackdown!'s most skilled wrestlers, and biggest assets would benefit from him being suspend. I believe you just posted this just for the sake of bashing Orton, because he is favored by WWE politics. As for Paul London being fired if he would do that, any booker with common sense would choose Orton over London. Orton is probably the biggest thing for the WWE right now, and big names matter. Sure the WWE plays politics, but this is how business is ran, and we shouldn't blame the WWE for being political. As for Orton, probably the reason why he isn't in the permenate main event like HHH is, is probably because of Orton's real life personality. Orton has done a number of things to backstage individuals (mostly divas), in which it resulted in them quiting (Amy Weber ) or just bringing publicity. Two years ago on TWH Avalon, this one person claimed that he worked backstage with Raw superstars (during the time when Orton was on Raw). He claimed that Orton was an asshole in real life, and he constantly harassed backstage workers, and came onto college girls. Which is believable to me. I do think it is sad though, because this is Orton's main flaw. If Orton shapes up, and becomes more professional, he could probably stay in the main events, and become Smackdown!'s HHH (in which I really want to see). I hope I could get more info on what Orton did this time.

Are you talking about the time Kane shit in Sable's gym bag because no one liked her?
Cause I thought Kane was on Raw.
Edit:
The sad thing is that he's right. Orton is at least one of the top ten wrestlers on Smackdown, and he still sucks floppy donkey dick.

Its true, the best thing Orton does is sell a concussion. Besides that he's got some mic work, but as far as wrestling ability goes, mediocre at best. London could easily wrestle circles around Orton, BUT orton has the better LOOK for WWE. London can get over anywhere else in the world, just not with WWE, because they prefer look over skill. On the odd occassion you get a good mixture of both, such as Bret Hart or his late brother Owen, Kurt Angle..etc. Orton is good at pissing people off, but then again, with an easy target like Mysterio, it shouldn't be hard to book somebody against little Rey.
Overall, I barely watch Smackdown anyway, and thusly this won't crush my wrestling experience in the slightest.

Best example : Lance Storm. They tested the "wrestling alone" thing with him and people all over the U.S. chanted "boring". London is great, but not entertaining enough. The average Joe who's not checking out the other feds and watch WWE for entertainment will find London boring. Orton > London, Live with it. With Orton "suspended", does it mean that Benoit will be back on the main event spot?

Has London ever had an Interview segment... hell does he even have a character. No. So to be honest your judgement of London is completely ridiculous, because he isn't being given a chance to do anything but win a cruiserweight matches and job to hosses.

i just hope orton and batista never return, and how about giving smackdown SOME FRIGGING TALENT, jesus there whole show is the WWE CW division, RAW has all of the HW, it looks like a midget wrestling show on smackdown at sometimes. Loo kat benoit hes like 1 ft tall, reys only 5 inches, and T.LO is an old fool he does a weird dance. O, and whatever happened to Palmer Cannon did he get released with the midgets he brought. I hope he leaves real soon and takes the boogey man with him.

You saying they suck would have more credibility if you hadn't said Mysterio sucks.
Orton and Batista are not as good as a lot of wrestlers, but they are not "God awful". They wouldn't be getting cheered (yes, Orton gets cheered, and is starting to more and more) if they sucked, cause the wrestling fans don't cheer wrestlers who absolutly suck, cause they notice . . . see John Cena

With Orton "suspended", does it mean that Benoit will be back on the main event spot? The whole point of the gimmick was to get people to chant boring. Thats honestly what his gimmick was based on. He was a heel who went out, and talked about them not appreciating his skills. He then wrestled watered-down matches meant to be boring. I'd chant that too. Nobody is going to cheer some jobber with a shit gimmick. In turn, people who can barely wrestle, are forced down our throats and given undeserved pushes get cheers because the people who are still willing to pay money to watch them will cheer anything put in front of them. Are all WWE fans like this? No. I'm sure Orton, Cena etc. have something worthtwhile that smart people can appreciate, but more than likely ANY WWE fan would cheer London or Storm if he were given the exact same gimmick. Hell, stick Snitsky in Cena's place, wirte some silly raps and give him the world title. The same people that cheered for Cena will cheer for him.

London had an interview segment, in his fued with Kidman if I remember correctly, I could be wrong... But hey, you think he didn't get a chance to be entertainning... Take for example Chris Benoit, not the best with the mic but still entertaining, you can see that he doesn't need a mic while London...

Comparing London to Benoit is even more ridiculous.
London was brought in as fodder and he caught on for a small time with his flashy moves.
Benoit came in after JUST WINNING the WCW world title. Plus Benoit was nationally known for years before that anyway, because of WCW.
London doesn't have the past exposure, and plus he's been limited to just being able to do SOME of the things he's fully capable of. You add that to the fact that London is stuck in a Tag Team at the moment, and if he wasn't he'd be hoss food, as is the case with 95% of the cruiserweights and you can plainly see that if London plans on getting anywhere he'd have to completely disregard this "wellness program" and jack himself up.
Its all a matter of perspective. I see Benoit in the WWE as being limited to what he can do, BUT at the same time, he's been given compelling story's and even KEY wins that put him over the top. Where as if you took out the limitations of the WWE and put Benoit against London in a one on one match, I could almost guarantee that you would see London in a whole new light.

I just wanna say, i think Spackle got it right. WWE could replace any wrestler with another one and the fans would cheer or boo them just as much.
Give London the Lady/Legend Killer gimick and the crowd would react the same way they do for Orton.
So, there's no reason for them not to give the more talented guys a chance. But Vinnie Mac likes the bigger guys. I mean, most of the cruisers have a decent looks anyway. Definitely people like Super Crazy, Shannon Moore, Helms, London and a few others do. All that's holding them back is their size.
Most of these guys are also a lot more skilled than Rey Mysterio. So, previous exposure also comes into play.
